The Hotel Cima Rosetta restaurant, open exclusively for dinner, offers its guests various types of cuisine: typical Trentino, traditional Italian and also offers some vegetarian cuisine served all buffet style.
The choice varies between first courses, hot and cold main courses, fresh seasonal and steamed vegetables, as well as appetizing snacks and small hors d'oeuvres for all tastes.
Buffet half-board will be available from June 30 to September 14, 2024 and from December 22, 2024 until March 15, 2025.
For all guests who choose the buffet half-board option, the weekly menu includes a single typical Trentino theme dinner served at the table, where it will be possible to taste some typical dishes from the Primiero Valley and traditional regional recipes with local grappa tasting. For all other days, a buffet choice of four hot - cold first courses, four hot second courses, a soup and hot and cold vegetable buffet, dessert and fruit is offered.
All drinks (water, wine, soft drinks) are excluded.

Every Thursday evening, instead of a buffet dinner, a set menu of typical Trentino dishes, from appetizer to dessert, will be offered, served at the table, followed by a tasting of local grappas or parampampols.
