Step out of your room, take the elevator in your bathrobe, go down to floor -1 and head straight to our Wellness world, we have designed a Wellness path from A to Z and at different degrees of intensity:

our ambience is unique, with soft lighting, relaxing sounds, fragrances that awaken the senses and atmospheres typical of the sauna world of Trentino Alto Adige.

1. 50° BIO SAUNA

"An affordable start."

To begin familiarizing ourselves with the heat and the increased heart rate, we set up a light sauna, all made of light fir wood.

Our 50° Bio Sauna is also suitable for those having this experience for the first time and allows you to embark on the journey with a light sweat, gradually getting used to the effect produced on the body by the diffuse and constant heat. The various heights of the benches will allow you to choose the temperature best suited to your degree of physical endurance.

2. TURKISH BATH OR HAMMAM

"An enveloping feeling of well-being."

The steam bath mixed with essential oils promotes relaxation, produces beneficial effects against anxiety, stress and insomnia.
The temperature is pleasant (no higher than 50°) and the humidity reaches 90-100%.
Ideal for slimming and eliminating toxins, it is really effective when combined with a scrub to promote deep cleansing of the skin.

3. WATERFALL IN THE HEATED POOL

"A jet of hot water for a vertical massage."

Another attraction of our Dolomites SPA is definitely the waterfall in the heated pool:
the jet that shoots up from a slot in the rock massages the neck and back entirely with warm water for a few minutes. It is a neck treatment that invigorates and relaxes at the same time.

4. WHIRLPOOL SEATS

"Salus per aquam."

The heated pool is equipped with relaxing seats where you can enjoy the benefits provided by pleasant whirlpools: water pressure on various points of the body stimulates vascular circulation, promotes drainage and fights water retention, improves breathing and stimulates endorphin production, helps prevent arthritis, rheumatism and insomnia, and reduces blood pressure.
About ten minutes gives skin tone, relaxation and widespread well-being throughout the body.

5. FINNISH SAUNA

"90 degrees of beneficial warmth"

The Finnish sauna offers both physical and mental benefits. Built of wood, it is a room heated to very high temperatures, from 90 degrees Celsius and up.
Inside, you breathe warm, dry air; the perspiration thus generated promotes skin cleansing and muscle relaxation. The bucket of water with the wooden ladle, called a "kauha," is used to pour water over the porous stones of the brazier, generating a pleasant steam that intensifies humidity in the room and increases the overall heat. The sauna experience is considered a time to regenerate mind and body, stimulate blood circulation and relieve accumulated stress. The Finnish sauna is also used for Aufguss practices, social rituals that combine wellness with fun, a time to meet with total relaxation.

6. FLOATING LOUNGERS

"Let yourself be lulled into relaxation."

Floating loungers offer a unique relaxation experience, allowing you to float on the water in total tranquility. With the gentle movement of the water supporting you, you can be lulled into a deep state of relaxation. The calm and serene environment creates an ideal atmosphere to clear your mind of stress and regenerate your body. In this very special relaxation area, it is like being embraced by the water element, allowing the body to loosen up and the mind to find peace. Letting yourself relax on a floating lounger is an experience that regenerates body and spirit, bringing a feeling of total peace and well-being.

7. OUTDOOR BARREL SAUNA

"An enveloping warmth with a view of the Dolomites."

The outdoor barrel sauna has an enviable view of the Pale di San Martino Mountains.
As you spend a moment of absolute well-being with friends, you can watch the sunset over the red rock of the Dolomites and admire the west ridge of the Pale di San Martino Mountains with all its most famous peaks: the alpenglow will make you dream.
And in winter, throw yourself into the fresh snow as the old tradition dictated upon exiting the 60-degree heat treatment.

8. LARGE OUTDOOR GARDEN

Spa Garden Dolomites: an oasis of tranquility.

SPA DOLOMITI has decided to become even bigger and offer its guests even more services aimed at relaxation in the open air as well. A new wellness path between saunas of various types, hydro-massage with breathtaking views of the Dolomites and relaxation corners where you can recharge after an intense day of sports and walks in our mountains.

9. OUTDOOR JACUZZI HOT TUB

A warm embrace with a view of the Dolomites.

Our new 38° whirlpool with panoramic glass almost 4 meters long, can accommodate up to 10 people ensuring a full massage thanks to the Hydro part and the Airpool part. The whirlpool uses the principles of hydrotherapy together with the benefits of massage therapy. Airpool is an air massage system complementary to whirlpool. It is gentler more suitable for parts with more reflexology.

10. NEW SALT SAUNA

Detox and Relaxation with Himalayan Salt

Our new 35° Himalayan Salt Sauna joins the 60° Barrel Sauna and 30° Hay Chromotherapy Barrel that make up our ever-expanding outdoor garden. The salt sauna combines heat with the purifying effects of the purest rock salt. The beneficial effects of salt sauna are many:

The Chromotherapy Hay Barrel Relaxation is a complete sensory experience that combines the benefits of hay and chromotherapy to promote physical and mental well-being. Inside this barrel, made of natural and cozy materials, the hay releases its characteristic scent, enveloping the environment with a feeling of calm and serenity.

12. AUFGUSSMEISTER

"Steam Jets from Sauna Masters"

Our AISA Masters specialize in Augfuss rituals or steam jets:
The ritual involves pouring water mixed with essential oils over the hot stones.
The water in contact with the stones is vaporized, diffusing inside the sauna.
The Aufgussmeister, through the rhythmic movements of a towel, accompanied by background music, directs the hot, aromatized steam in the direction of the guests causing an intense and pleasant multi-sensory experience.

13. CHILDREN'S SWIMMING POOL

"Guaranteed fun!"

The children's pool is an oasis of fun and adventure.
Its waters are warm and inviting, shallow and gently heated to ensure maximum comfort. Children can take a dip in this underground refuge, exploring the water with joy and wonder.

The interior of the cave is adorned with soft, colorful lights that create a fairy-tale atmosphere. There are also decorations of fossils etched into the rock that lend a magical touch to the environment. The rock walls reflect the glare from the water, amplifying the sense of wonder and awe.

14. HERBAL TEA AND BEVERAGE AREA
